Weekly Service Starting at $12

Waste Station Waste Removal
With dog-friendly neighborhoods like Water Valley, RainDance, and the communities near Boardwalk Park, Windsor's pet waste stations get constant use throughout the week. A station that overflows sends the wrong message and gives pet owners a reason not to pick up. Pooper Dooper keeps Windsor stations serviced on a dependable rotation for HOAs, apartment complexes, and commercial properties so your shared spaces stay clean, sanitary, and inviting. Our scheduled service makes sure your stations are always empty, fresh, and ready for residents to use. From Old Town to the recent developments stretching along the Highway 392 corridor, we deliver the kind of steady, professional service that Windsor communities expect.
How Station Waste Removal Works in Windsor
We structure a service calendar around your Windsor property's specific station count, dog population, and seasonal trends. At every visit, our crew runs the same detailed playbook at each unit: extract the full waste bag, seat a fresh liner, sweep a 10-foot zone around the station for stray waste and debris, and apply a veterinary-grade disinfectant to every exposed surface. This standardized routine delivers consistent results regardless of which team member handles the route. Digital completion notices go out after every visit so your property management team has a time-stamped record without sending someone to physically walk the grounds and check every station by hand.

What's Covered During Each Windsor Station Visit
Our Windsor service team treats each station as its own mini-project. The waste bag is extracted and sealed first. A replacement liner goes in immediately so the bin is never sitting open. Then we walk the 10-foot perimeter — collecting loose waste, shredded bags, and any wind-carried debris that accumulated since the last visit. The final step is a comprehensive disinfection of the bin walls, lid, dispenser housing, and post using a formula developed for animal care facilities. When we drive away, each station looks and smells freshly installed. Service timestamps and notes feed directly into your account portal, making it easy to pull reports for ownership groups, verify vendor performance, or share updates with your resident community.
Why Windsor Properties Trust Pooper Dooper
Windsor communities set a high bar for vendor performance, and we welcome that standard. Our team is locally based, fully insured, and available for quick-turnaround requests when something unexpected arises — a post-storm cleanup, a damaged bin, or a sudden spike in traffic from a community event. We work month to month, issue one invoice after all visits are wrapped, and never pad a bill with fees for services that did not happen. The veterinary-grade disinfectant we use at every station is a health safeguard for pets and people, not just an odor mask. If any station on your property is not up to standard after our visit, a quick message gets our crew back on-site to correct it. ---
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
We absolutely love cleaning with dogs! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that dogs displaying any signs of aggression stay indoors while we clean. The safety of our team is our highest priority. If your dog shows aggression towards our team, you will be asked to keep them inside or we may need to remove your home from our cleaning route. Thank you for understanding!
