SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description: Pooper Dooper uses SMS messaging to send service-related notifications, updates, and occasional promotional messages to customers who have explicitly opted in via a web form at /sng/get-quote . Opt-in is collected via dedicated, unchecked consent checkboxes. There are two separate programs: Non-Marketing / Service Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, service completion notices, and customer support communications. Marketing & Promotional Messages: Special offers, seasonal discounts, new service announcements, and promotional content. Consent to marketing messages is separate from and not required for non-marketing service messages. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in either SMS program. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. To rejoin, complete the opt-in form at /sng/get-quote/. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@pooperdooper.com or call (970) 235-0124 during business hours. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage, appointment schedule, and opt-in category. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Privacy Policy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.pooperdooper.com/privacy-policy. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
General Terms
This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Pooper Dooper ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Pooper Dooepr. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.
Access to Property:
By employing Pooper Dooper, you are granting Pooper Dooper employees’ access to designated yard or kennel areas of your property during the designated service date. If our technician is not permitted on your property for any reason, this occurrence will be noted and customer may be charged for full price of service. Technicians are not permitted, nor required to enter a customer’s home. In no circumstances will this be allowed or required of any Pooper Dooper employee. There are and will be no exceptions to this rule.
Pricing:
Pooper Dooper pricing is determined based on service area. In addition, pricing is subject to change at any time. Upon beginning services, you accept this condition and will adjust payment accordingly if prices change at any point in time. By ordering regular Pooper Dooper service, you are authorizing Pooper Dooper to charge your card following time of service in correlation with your chosen frequency of service and number of dogs. Customer is responsible for providing payment information ahead of first service and will be charged payment in full following initial service. If card information is not provided, service will not begin. Following initial service, customer is responsible for payment following each recurring service. If payment in full is not received, Pooper Dooper reserves the right to pause services until payment in full has been received.
Service options:
Service options are solely based on service area and services assigned by respective locations at a given time. Service schedule availability can change based on business needs and general workday productivity. You, the customer, are responsible for notifying Pooper Dooper of any changes in number of dogs or frequency of services. Customer is also responsible for notifying Pooper Dooper of service cancellation and is required to do so 24 hours before service.
Referral:
Pooper Dooper will honor the referral policy wherein if you refer a friend and referred person schedules a regular scooping service with Pooper Dooper, referred customer will receive a free first cleanup. This initial free service only applies to the areas in which the offer is available.
Inclement weather:
In the event of inclement or extreme weather conditions, Pooper Dooper reserves the right to delay or cancel services out of an abundance of caution. During this time, customer will be notified of such an event and services will be rescheduled or adjusted accordingly.
Aggressive Animals:
If our assigned Pooper Dooper employee is unable to access the designated yard area due to an aggressive animal presence, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time, but customer will be charged a trip fee equaling up to the quoted cost of service.
Locked Property:
If the assigned Pooper Dooper employee is unable to access the designated yard space due to a locked gate, and cannot otherwise access a customer’s property, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time, but customer will be charged a trip fee equaling up to the quoted cost of service.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You
This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of Pooper Dooper and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use. You may not use the Site or the materials available on the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium any material from the Site. However, you may download and/or print one copy of individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Your License to Us
By posting or submitting any material (including comments, blog entries, social media posts, photos, and videos) to us via the Site, internet groups, or other digital venues, you represent that you own the material or have obtained the necessary permissions.
